These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the RideVista website and your booking of any tour package, cab service or customized trip through RideVista ("we", "us", "our"), operating from Hotel Prashant Palace, Fatehabad Road, Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India. By submitting a booking or enquiry, you agree to these terms.

1. Bookings & Enquiries

Submitting a booking form on this website constitutes an enquiry, not a confirmed reservation. A booking is only confirmed once our team has verified availability and communicated final confirmation to you via WhatsApp, phone or email.

2. Pricing

  • Prices shown on the website, including the Customize Your Trip estimate, are indicative and subject to confirmation.
  • Final pricing depends on travel dates, vehicle availability, fuel prices, monument entry fees and any changes to your itinerary.
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

3. Traveller Responsibilities

  • Please provide accurate travel details, contact information and traveller counts at the time of booking.
  • Valid identification may be required for monument entry and hotel check-in as per local regulations.
  • Travellers are responsible for their own travel insurance, visas and health requirements.

4. Vehicles & Drivers

All vehicles are maintained and operated by verified local drivers. Vehicle models shown on the website (Sedan, SUV, Tempo Traveller) are indicative; an equivalent vehicle of the same category may be provided.

5. Changes & Cancellations

Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details on modifying or cancelling a confirmed booking.

6. Liability

RideVista acts as a tour and transport service provider. We are not liable for delays, losses or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, traffic, government restrictions or third-party monument/venue policies.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
